Before proceeding further kindly read carefully the following:

• When you click next at the bottom of this page a list of timeshare weeks that are available for sale shall appear. These weeks belong to our old Club Members who wish to sell their weeks for personal reasons. We are presenting this free listing only to assist our Club Members in selling their weeks. No commission is charged to the buyer.
• We are giving to the potential buyers an indication of the price at which some of our Club Members are prepared to sell their old weeks. This Asking Price is always stated in Euros.
• If you consider the Asking Price on the high side you are welcome to submit a counteroffer which shall be communicated immediately to the owner of the week(s) for his consideration. However please note that we are obliged to accept offers on a first come first served basis. For your guidance please have in mind that offers which are 15%-20% lower than the Asking Price are usually rejected. It goes without saying that if your offer is not less than the Asking Price then the owner of the week(s) is bound to accept it and we shall proceed with the sale accordingly.
• There are no hidden extras. The total amount payable corresponds exactly either to the Asking Price or the Agreed Amount.
• There is no immediate financial commitment. Even after paying the deposit required you may claim full refund of the amount paid if you decide not to proceed with the purchase. Such notice however must be given within 14 calendar days from the day the deposit is paid and we undertake to honour this obligation of the owners of the week(s) put on sale.
